Cancellation policy

Purchases
All items are handmade to order unless otherwise stated. By placing an order, you confirm the details provided (including any customisation requests, such as charm chain numbers) are correct, as production begins shortly after purchase.

Cancellations
Because items are handmade, we can only accept order cancellations within [X hours/days] of purchase, before production has started. Once an item is in progress or completed, we're unable to cancel or refund the order.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Customised orders
Orders with personalisation (e.g. charm chain selection) are made specifically for you and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Subscription orders (Mail Club)
Mail Club subscriptions can be skipped or cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancelling after a charge has been processed will not refund that month's charm, but will stop future charges.
